Nicole has decades of experience in the post acute world and is an expert in Medicaid, Medicare, as well as Managed Care. She has a passion for helping people and strives to help get clients set up with the resources they need.
Cecilia Rider
Operations Director
Cecilia has a true passion for person-centered care and brings with her decades of experience with hands on patient care. Combined with her phenomenal operational skills, she is the perfect fit for keeping the wheels on the Carenbe bus.
Esmeralda Figueroa

Esmeralda Figueroa is the newest member of the Carenbe team! Esmeralda is fluent in both Spanish and English and has a passion for serving others. Esmeralda assists our clients with navigating the complexities of the Medicaid waiver system. In her free time, she enjoys dancing a traditional dance form known as folklorico with the Ballet Raices del Folklore.
