As a result, from the time we engage, it takes a minimum of two weeks to onboard a team of caregivers. Why? Because each of our caregivers must have the following done before they can call themselves a member of the Carenbe team.

• Application with record of qualifications

• Background check including fingerprinting

• Credentials and educational verification

• CPR and First Aid

• Face to face interview

• TB test

• Competency testing

• An understanding and acknowledgement of our Job Description and what is required of each employee

• Skills Checklist

• Signed Confidentiality Statement

• Orientation through 8 hours of coursework

We want you to be assured that what you are expecting is happening. Our software allows our team to document efficiently and provide updates at multiple points during a 12 hour shift. Once the documentation is signed, you are able to access it through the app. This ensures concerns are addressed immediately and a change of care plan is made immediately if needed.
